1. My team will be available to you to assist you in building your business, not just in receiving your referrals. The only reason I would not be available to you is if I were in a loan application with another client, which is due to my commitment to give my clients 100% of my attention and the most professional service possible.
2. Experience and depth. Our team approach allows us to draw on resources within our company that simply put are not available to the normal mortgage originator. I understand your business, and because of that I know I can make a difference to you and our mutual clients.
3. I will respect the relationship you have built with your clients and seek to give you the strength of a third party endorsement to assist you in building more referrals and Clients for Life.
4. Within full compliance with RESPA, I can provide access to several automated Lead Generation systems including custom html code to attract buyers, unique electronic listing presentations and single property websites to utilize the internet to attract buyers and sellers and co-branding messages to your database. Each of these systems can be used in your own marketing efforts as well as through marketing efforts provided by us for your own purposes in prospecting for mortgage loans. The best part of both of these systems is that your leads are identified by a unique code so that I can bring the leads back to you, as well as identify together how I received the lead, giving us significant leverage and immediate feedback on our marketing efforts.
5. I commit to perform a Preapproval on all your buyers and sellers, not just a basic prequalification like other mortgage originators do, on your clients to determine whether you should be spending any of your time working with them. This Preapproval will include checking their infile credit report, taking a full loan application, checking qualifying ratios, and verifying cash to close. If for any reason a client might not qualify, I will explore whether credit repair might help serve their needs in this manner. If that is not possible I will seek to develop future clients through my Dont Give Up program where I give them a written plan on what they need to do to buy a home. These leads will be set aside in my database, and when they qualify or will accept the terms of a loan, I will seek to refer them back to you. It is the joint development of leads that significantly differentiates us as a mortgage company
6. My loan processing system recognizes the need for a sense of urgency in dealing with clients. I offer a fully automated loan processing system, complete with online loan application capability and full email support and access. You can even email my processers if there are ever any questions about a particular loan.
7. I would recommend I establish ongoing partnership meetings to discuss how I can maximize our business together and assist you in attaining you goals. I would suggest I do these at least quarterly as I begin our relationship.
In closing, I feel like I have a common basis for doing business together and creating a long term, mutually beneficial business relationship.
